To secure our services for filming your wedding video, we require a non-refundable
booking fee of R4500 (for Basic & Standard Package) and
R6500 (for Advanced & Ultimate HiDef
Package).
Balance to be paid 3 Days before the wedding reception.
NB! Internet transfers must reflect in our account 3 days before the date of the wedding.

Wedding Video Agreement:
______Gavin Blok______ (hereafter called videographer) agree with
____________ (hereafter called client) that:
1.
The videographer will produce a high quality product
at all times, but do not accept any liability in the
following circumstances and conditions:
a.
Electronic of mechanical breakdown or
non-functioning of equipment and/or material
b.
Theft of equipment or material
c.
Power failures.
d.
Non-co-operation of any person or party.
e.
All viz-major occurrences.
2.
The client will give his/her unconditional co-operation to ensure a successful product.
3.
All original footage remains the property of Gavin Blok.
4.
Gavin Blok will retain copyright on video material.
5.
The videographer may use all material for marketing initiatives to his own benefit.
6.
Should the wedding be cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited.
7.
Delivery of 1st draught DVD will take 3 to 4 months and
final DVD up to 6 months.
8.
Two videographers and one assistant must be accommodated at the wedding reception
and should be included in the table listings for the guests.
